On June 16th, the SBA released the 3508EZ PPP forgiveness application (much more simple and short) and updated the original application as well. Below are the links to the applications and instructions for the new 3508EZ application.

Banks are working on administering the application for forgiveness digitally so the paper forms will probably not be needed but will be a guide for you to gather the information needed.
